The Brief – Pre-event services; monitor ticket sales, co-ordinate with event organisers (Fish D’Vine) and finalise final ticket numbers and confirm their transfers to the event (Whitehaven Beach).
The Event – White on Whitehaven is a luxury long lunch on the world famous Whitehaven Beach. Departing from Airlie Beach, guests cruise across the coral sea taking in the amazing Whitsunday Islands. On arrival guest are treated to French Champagne and fresh seafood canapes, serenaded by live entertainment.
