Flametree Gathering

Welcome to annual Flametree Gathering!

Breathe deep, slow down, and settle in for three soul-nourishing days under the trees on a private pocket of paradise in Preston (Conway Rd). The Flametree Gathering is a grassroots celebration of music, connection, and community, where folk, funk, rock and roots weave together in perfect harmony.

This isn’t your average festival—this is a gathering. A place where moments unfold naturally, where laughter drifts with the breeze, and where the ‘Flower Effect‘ brings spontaneous magic to the everyday.

We’re here to raise spirits and raise funds for Eco Barge Clean Seas Inc., the local legends quietly working to keep the Whitsundays free of ocean rubbish. $5 from every ticket sold goes directly to support their work. Good vibes for a good cause.

What to Bring:

  • Your shade, your seat, your picnic rug
  • Your favourite people (and your dancing feet)
  • Your esky and whatever you fancy sipping on (yep, it’s BYO)
  • An open heart and a sense of adventure

Markets and food trucks will keep you fuelled, and if you’ve got little ones, know they’re welcome too (and under 12s come free).

  • Rubbish – Please take your own rubbish with you, where possible bring reusable containers for use at food stalls to reduce your impact. There will be bins provided for bottles and cans. Please leave your 10c refundable recyclables as this will go towards fundraising for Eco Barge Clean Seas and the Turtle Rehabilitation Centre.
