The Brief – To organise all foreshore and nightly entertainment for Schoolies Festival Airlie Beach (2021 – 2024)
The Event – Schoolies Festival is the final celebration for school leavers across Australia, each night has a new theme, games and live DJ.
Over seven nights, more than 1400 school leavers partied on the Airlie Beach Forshore
Airlie Events was responsible for sourcing entertainment, council permits & licensing, insurance, WH&S management, securing the festival areas with perimeter fencing and security, stage management including lighting and sound, photography, videography, personnel and volunteers management.
