Flavours of Bowen
The Brief – As part of Queensland Day, Flavours of Bowen was created to celebrate produce grown in the Bowen region. This family friendly day also featured heaps of free kids activities, live music, produce based games, cooking demonstrations and more!
The Event – Airlie Events was contracted to help with event development, marketing, permits, implementing and ‘boots on the ground’ event support. Throughout the project, our team was also given the responsibility of sourcing entertainment, bringing food and market stalls to the event, liaison with local media, liaison with sub-contractors and suppliers.
Event support (on the day) included event set-up, bump-in market stalls, food vendors and suppliers (i.e. marquee hire and jumping castle), stage set-up, signage and event pack-down.
Approximately 2’500 attendees.
