Ticket Purchase Terms & Conditions
By purchasing this ticket, the ticket holder/s have agreed to the full set of terms and conditions as outlined.
Ticket holders must present their tickets upon entry, showing QR code on their smart device or email confirmation.
Photo ID may be required upon entry to validate authenticity as a ticket holder. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult (unless specified by the event organiser).
Attendees must comply with all alcohol, smoking and behavioural laws within the event venue and grounds.
Ticket holder details may be used by Northerlies Beach Bar and Grill for marketing purposes. Photos or videos taken or shared on social media while at the venue are assumed safe to share on our socials unless advised otherwise.
Force Majeure
If this event is cancelled before the scheduled start date & time for reasons of severe weather, flood, fire, explosion, civil disobedience, riot, labour disturbances or acts of God, then Airlie Events will issue refunds for the ticket price.
If the event is rescheduled, Airlie Events reserves the right to decide whether Ticket Holders will automatically be refunded, or whether tickets will be transferred to another date with a refund option.
If a scheduled artist / experience / supplier cannot attend the event, the event organiser reserves the right to provide suitable replacement / substitute.
Refunds
Refunds are not granted due to ticket buyers change of mind or circumstances unless granted by the event organiser and proof of extenuating circumstances can be established.
We cannot refund tickets within 72 hours of the event. Refunds past 72 hours of the event will only be issued due to Government-sanctioned locked downs or at the Event Organiser’s discretion.
Refund requests must be submitted via email to tickets@airlieevents.com.au
Booking Fees
All ticket sales incur 2.5% booking fee unless specified by the event organiser. Booking fee is not refundable.
Venue’s Rights
The venue does not assume responsibility or liability for any loss or damage to any property belonging to the client, client’s guest, or invitees.
The venue also reserves the right to exclude or remove any undesirable persons from the event or the venue premises without liability.
Responsible Service of Alcohol
Northerlies Beach Bar & Grill, and Freedom Shores Management and Employees will at all times be bound to state licensing laws and liquor act.
We ask that you are always courteous and respectful towards staff members and adhere to any directions given.
Employees reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under state licensing law and liquor act.
If one guest within a group is refused service for being unduly intoxicated or disorderly, we have the right to refuse service to all guests within the group.
If a guest is refused alcohol for being unduly intoxicated or disorderly the guest or group may be asked to leave the property. Refusal to leave may result in fines issued by Queensland Police Service
